Refund Policy

All purchases on Kingdom Books are digital products. No physical items are shipped. Because access is granted instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final.

When we issue refunds

We will issue a refund in the following cases:

  • The book file is corrupted, missing, or cannot be accessed and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • The purchase was unauthorized and reported within a reasonable period.

How to request a refund

Email support@brilliantmakers.co within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
